The Old Bakery Beer Company's Holiday Cheers Market is back with five dates to create room for ample social distancing.

The market will be spread out in the brewery and event space at The Old Bakery Beer Company from 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. every Saturday from Nov. 21-Dec. 19. Guests will be able to shop a selection of local produce, value-added food products, jewelry, art, masks, and more. Each market will feature items perfect for holiday shopping lists and items for everyday use.

“We believe in buying local, so we want to help make that option safe and accessible for gift-giving and food sharing this holiday season,” co-founder Lauren Pattan says.

In addition to art, crafts, and functional items, the market will feature vendors selling locally produced food just in time to showcaselocal flair on holiday tables (or in your holiday porch drop-offs!). Most of the vendors will rotate weekly, but Three Rivers Community Farm and Riverbend Mushroom Company will be mainstays offering a beautiful assortment of local fall produce.

In addition to a great selection of local vendors, The Old Bakery Beer Company will be serving up delicious food and beverages including holiday-themed beer and cocktail specials. There will also be a wide selection of merchandise from the brewery, perfect for buying gifts for the beer lover in your life.  Several dates will feature a fundraising table to support The Old Bakery Beer Company team this winter. The fundraising table will be selling gently-used logoed apparel, baked goods, and jewelry, and the proceeds from the table will all be disbursed to employees of the brewery.

Masks will be required while out of a seat, which means that ready-to-eat food and beverages will not be allowed within a vendor area. Guests must have a table at which to sit to be able to order food and drinks for on-site consumption. Ample hand sanitizer will be available and booths will be socially distanced. The permitted dining area will either be indoor or outdoor depending on the current restrictions in Illinois Region 4. Outdoor seating will be heated.
